Weekly Update #1

Current Weight is 270.2 lbs
Previous Weight was 276.4 lbs

I’ve lost an amazing 6.2 lbs this week. I was expecting to lose 3 lbs at most. I worked out 6 days last week and burned an average of 1044 calories per day in exercise. Consumed an average of 1200 – 1700 calories per day.

Goal for this week is to consume no more than 1782 calories per day. Burn an average of 697 calories per day in exercise over 6 day period. Weight loss goal is to lose 2.7 lbs.
